Participation
House raffles are open to persons age 18 and over. Since House Raffle laws are different in every country, it is your responsibility to ensure, before accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, that participating in a House Raffle is legal where you reside. We reserve the right to cancel your participation if we feel that you may be in violation of any laws. Please note that the IRS does not allow money spent on raffle tickets to be considered tax deductible contributions.

Charity/Non-Profit Permissions
By submitting any information, including documents, video footage, and pictures, to be included on this website, the charity agrees to give RaffleAHouse.com the rights to use this information indefinitely and without limitation. The charity also agrees to give RaffleAHouse.com the equal rights to the use of all winners’ names, pictures, and video footage associated with the awarding of the prize.

Liability
In no event shall RaffleAHouse.com be liable for any damages, misunderstanding, or misinformation resulting from the use of internet site, even if a RaffleAHouse.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that this is not a traditional web site. Instead, this website acts as a platform that allows Non-Profits to promote raffles to willing participants. We are not involved in the actual ticket sales between the charity and participants. We have no control over and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any descriptions or any prizes offered through this website.

Restricted Access
You agree that you will not use any spider, robot, scraper or other automated means to access our site for any purpose without our written consent. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except your own) from our site without the prior written consent of RaffleAHouse.com. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the proper working of our site or activities conducted on our site. You also agree not to bypass any other measures we use to restrict or prevent access to any part of our site.

Services and Fees
RaffleAHouse.com provides Non-Profits the ability to promote their raffle fundraisers to the largest audience possible. RaffleAHouse.com also provides promotional and advertising services to those conducting charity raffles. RaffleAHouse.com is not actually involved in the sale of tickets or any financial transactions between the charity and raffle participants.

Any information that you provide to RaffleAHouse.com is subject to our , which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through the use of this website, you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information by RaffleAHouse.com. General Conditions
Charity raffles are void where prohibited by law. Raffle participants represent that their participation is not in violation of their local laws or otherwise prohibited. Proceeds from raffles will be held by the charity who is sponsoring the event. Winners are required to pay all applicable taxes on prizes.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at anytime and without notice to anyone, though any changes made will be updated immediately on our website through this page. Any amended terms will be effective 30 days after the date posted on our site.

Each clause contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be separate and severable from the other clauses. If a clause is found to be void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain. Any claim relating to RaffleAHouse.com’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
